Whitewell Bottom Pre-school is a voluntary run pre-school which is based in Whitewell Bottom Community Centre. We are committed to providing excellent childcare and education for all children aged 2 to 4 years. We offer 15 hours government funded nursery education for all 3 and 4 years old and eligible 2 years old. We are also able to provide government funded 30 hours education and childcare for eligible working families.

We employ highly qualified and experienced staff who excel at providing stimulating and nurturing environments for our children. All are experienced Early Years educators with Early Years professional or Teacher status. These settings offer the best possible learning opportunities for our children, through play, laughing and having fun. Our children develop new skills and ideas whilst attending our Pre-school group using continuous provision that is fully inclusive, both indoors and outdoors.

This is our key objective; to provide the best stimulating, educational and caring environment that we can, thus ensuring that the children achieve their maximum potential whilst having massive amounts of fun whilst they are with us for their pre-school learning journey. Sessions are held both inside and out, enjoying the fresh air in our large well-equipped outdoor area.

We are committed to the inclusion of all children with the complete spectrum of abilities. Our Pre-school is a safe well-planned setting ideally suited to promote all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. We pride ourselves on our level of our skill, our knowledge and practise techniques that we implement daily in assisting each child develop to their full potential. And this we believe must be at the childs own pace, through positive experiences. And, of course having fun, lots of fun!

We operate a PASSWORD system for your childs safety. The password must be used by any other person other than the parent/carer who will be picking your child up from pre-school.
